Take for example, Jeff Altman, who found a 16 mm film that his Grandfather took of Disneyland when it was a wee, one year old. Great stuff, and in color too.

Oh, for those thrilling days of youth...

I thought this was interesting. A former Industrial Light & Magic employee, David Berry, posted some of his old home movies made while working at ILM in the later 1970’s on a little film called "Star Wars" that you might have heard of. If you know the history of ILM and Lucasfilm then some of the people in the video will be familiar from John Dykstra to Joe Johnston.

They knew they were working on something special, they just didn't know how special...
