Telling Bedtime Stories...

The trailer for Adam Sandler's first role in a family film is out...

"Bedtime Stories" is a tale of a crazy, child-like uncle who tells stories to his niece and nephews before they go to sleep, only to realize that they come true. I know some people say that Sandler already makes movies for children(No comment from the peanut gallery here), but this is different...

This is a Disney children's film.

And it's pretty cute, too...

Fear Disney...

Scribes Jack Angelo and Sam Brown("Undateable" in development at WDS) have sold the comedy pitch "Fear Phil" to Disney, with Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot's Offspring Entertainment set to produce.

The Mouse bought the pitch for a high six versus a low seven figures. The tale follows an insurance salesman that makes a living preying on other people's fears. One day he wakes up to find that his own worst fears have coming true and hilarity ensues.

Adam Shankman is currently directing "Bedtime Stories," starring Adam Sandler for Disney.

Adam Sandler To Tell Bedtime Stories...

Adam Sandler will star as a real-estate developer/architect whose life is turned upside down when the bizzare, outrageous bedtime stories he tells his niece and nephew suddenly become real. Havoc, then ensues...

The Film, written by Matt Lopez, is being positioned by Walt Disney Pictures for a holiday 2008 release.

Bedtime Stories is Sandler's first time working for the House of Mouse. It appears as he's grown older and now has children he wants to start making motion pictures that they can see. Reflective, eh? It seems we all grow up... except for Peter Pan of course.
