The
Los Angeles Times has a
great story on how Dick Cook's firing (and yes, he was actually fired as several Bothans have now informed me) went down. It's really sad to see Dick Cook fired from a company that he didn't just work for but truly loved. He had the Mouse in his DNA.
I have a feeling he's going to make a big impression somewhere else, either as a studio head or perhaps his own production company. He's got a lot of friends and will be able to attract talent to anything he's connected to rather easily.
