Frog Pic Drops In...

The Los Angeles Times' entertainment section has a bunch of pics up in the Movie Sneaks section and one of them is this one from Disney's "The Princess and the Frog," which will be out December 25...

I can't wait to see this film, but I'm not in a hurry to have X-Mas be here anytime soon.

So far I am not that impressed with the design direction they went on this one. Is that the best production still they could have submitted to the press? The characters look wonky ...here's hoping i'm mildly wowed by the next teaser trailer.

This film looks way to formulaic and by the numbers, and lacks any creativity. The Disney animators today need to study the history of amimation and all types of art to be great. They need to be classically trained like Carlo Vinci was, and also Grim Natwick.

I'm glad you've seen the film already Anonymous, so that you can be such a perfect judge of it.

Perhaps you'd like to tell us some of the story? Other than what we've seen or heard about I mean.

How about you wait until you've actually seen a trailer, or here's a thought. The movie.

I like the concept and the design. I saw the concept art and it blew me away. It just brought nostalgic tears to my eyes! However, I'm not really impressed with the image above. I've seen better pictures. Her crown looks different too.

Hey Tiawan Suzie excuse me, I meant the designs an animation I've seen. The story I'm sure will be Disney as usual.

I say don't be too quick to judge. Many said Bolt would be a mundane family comedy with little redeeming factors but the film proved otherwise.
