A "Disney-spokesperson" said the same thing,"no deal has been signed," to a local paper in my neighborhood ONE DAY before it was offcially announced that Disney would be building the 800 million dollar hawaiian themed resort in Ko'olina. In other words, when it's Disney's time to announce, it's their time to announce. Not even one day before the official announcement will they confirm a news story. Go figure.
