Reflecting On A Princess...

The Walt Disney Company's 2008 Annual Report is out and throughout the mash of numbers and corporate governance there are a few teases for Disney Fans/Geeks, but the best one of all is this scene from the hand drawn animated film that is featured as the back cover. Christmas surely isn't that far away...

Enjoy.

Just curious why you continually choose to perpetuate this sort of condescending, self-loathing hate speech label?

Three words Merlin:

Get.

A.

Life.

You're kidding, right?

Being as I consider myself a Disney Fan/Geek and I in no way hate myself I wouldn't qualify the saying "hate speech."

It's an endearing term I use to refer to those that love Disney, myself included. And I've done so since the beginning of this blog with no intention of stopping so as to appease thin-skinned people looking to classify themselves as victims.

Hopefully you don't fall into that category, MJ. I happen to like reading ReImagineering blog and while I may not agree with everything you guys say, I know your heart's in the right place...

Nah, it's too late. MJ has already fallen into that category...and he's been stuck in it for a long time now.

He really does need to get a life and leave the Disney Company alone!

We're all nerds, here.

A little self-deprecation never hurt anyone. It's good not to take yourself too seriously and though I disagree with Honor Hunter a lot, I like that about him and his blog.

I'm hoping this is not only my most anticipated movie of the year, but that of millions of others as well. The teasers and hints have all been either completely stunning or intriguingly pleasant. I have confidence that Ron and John and team can pull it off.

Signed, a proud Disney fan who aims at climbing one day to the lofty honor of Disney geek.

Is it a musical? I'm looking forward to something on par with the Little Mermaid and the Lion King.

I thought you hated self-depreciation humor as much as any other Disney foamer.

Anonymous Disney sycophant strikes again with another soul-crushing comment.

This just in...

Spokker's secret is out.

He's actually "Huell Howser."

Feel free to stone him next time you see him filming a special somewhere in SoCal...

;P

It came out that Honor Hunter is really Al Lutz. His fans jump out windows in reaction to the news.

Now that's just unfair, Spokker...

This means war.

Correction: "Voice of Reason" tells Spokker the truth about him and his fellow foamers, causing Spokker to react negatively and falsely accuse Anonymous fan of being a soul-crusher, further proving that he and his fellow Disney-haters can dish it out, but can't take it.

This would be a golden opportunity to ban Spokker from posting comments on this blog, HH.

Honor Hunter and I are just joking around. Don't get your $30 Haunted Mansion 40th anniversary panties in a bunch.

Joking?

I hope you to know Spokker, I'm busy building a nice little computer virus called the "Red Sky Special" that hunts down and takes everything bad said about Disney and turns it into something quite beautiful and rosy...

Keep us up to date on that. :D
