We now have a clearer idea of what Brad Bird's "Tomorrowland" will be...
With an official press release from Disney about the beginning of shooting in Vancouver, a new synopsis has been released. It gives a much more expansive description of what the film will be, while still shrouding the story in enough mystery to make everyone wonder what Bird and Lindelof have in store for us. Here is the release;

STARRING ACADEMY AWARD® WINNER GEORGE CLOONEY, HUGH LAURIE, BRITT ROBERTSON, RAFFEY CASSIDY AND THOMAS ROBINSON
Burbank, Calif. (Aug. 26, 2013) —Principal photography has begun on Disney’s mystery adventure “Tomorrowland,” starring two-time Academy AwardÒ winner George Clooney (“Michael Clayton,” “Syriana”), Hugh Laurie (“Monsters vs. Aliens,” “Arthur Christmas”), Britt Robertson (“Under The Dome”), Raffey Cassidy (“Dark Shadows,” “Snow White and the Huntsman”) and Thomas Robinson (“The Switch”).
The film is directed, produced and co-written by two-time Oscar® winner Brad Bird (“Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,” “The Incredibles”). Damon Lindelof (“Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Prometheus”) and Jeffrey Chernov (“Star Trek,” “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol”) are also producers. The screenplay is written by Brad Bird and Damon Lindelof from a story by Lindelof & Jeff Jensen and Brad Bird.
Jeff Jensen and John Walker (“The Incredibles”) will executive produce with Bernard Bellew (“Les Misérables,” “28 Weeks Later”) and Tom Peitzman, VFX producer (“Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol,” “Alice in Wonderland”) serving as co-producers.
Bound by a shared destiny, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as “Tomorrowland.”
Bird has gathered a great team behind the lens with Oscar® winning director of photography Claudio Miranda (“Life of Pi,” “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”), production designer Scott Chambliss (“Star Trek,” “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Cowboys & Aliens”), Oscar® nominated costume designer Jeffrey Kurland (“Inception,” “Ocean’s Eleven”) and Academy Award®-winning editor Walter Murch (“The English Patient,” “Cold Mountain”).
“Tomorrowland” will be released through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on December 12, 2014.

You do not need to even read the script to find out what this film is about. And I am very curious what the writer is going to do. If you have seen the inspiration for what this film script is based on. You know because I am the person in the video that Paulie Shore has at the Comedy Store. That the writer of the script has seen and based this idea on. It is closer to LOGAN'S RUN. Than any thing else. I am the person who gave the comedy routine that The Tomorrowland script is based on. An old Geroge Clooney doesn't understand why he has this meaningless redundant job trapped in an THX like world of old men who do the same meaningless tasks. There are no children in Tomorrowland. That is what these old men talk about and tell stories about with each other. About what the surface is like. Tomorowland. TRUST ME! This will be the BIGGEST DISASTER IF THEY DO NOT PUT AN IMMEDIATE END TO THIS BULLSHIT! I feel bad for Brad Bird and George Clooney and the WRITER! BECAUSE I AM THE PERSON WHO IS IN THE VIDEO THAT PAULIE SHORE HAS! And that is what the WRITER OF THIS SAW! And he wrote this script. When George Clooney gets to the surface. He finds that all of EARTH is DISNEYLAND! And that is what all of the men below the surface are doing. Maintaing monitorring DISNEYLAND THAT ENCOMPASSES THE ENTIRE EARTH ON THE SURFACE! And every person there is EIGHT YEARS! And they live as eight year old's as long as they live. And George Clooney and the others worked their entire life building DISNEYLAND EVERY WHERE ON THE SURFACE! To make it possible for a WORLD TO EXIST WHERE EVERY PERSON BORN NEVER AGES PAST THE AGE OF EIGHT!
Ok. Here is the deal with Tomorowland. And if they think that the writer is going to be able to live this down. Because this entire idea of this script comes from. The FACT. That he saw a comedy routine that Paulie Shore at the Comedy Store has. Of a man doing a comedy routine on the streets of La Mesa California. That is the basis for what this script is about. It is one thing or the other. The writer has either seen this video. LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE. And there are plans for the distribution of that video that the author of this script is not aware of. And I can guarantee you current management will never be able to fix. JACK OR SHIT WITH THE MAN IN THE VIDEO! Bret McDonnell. ME!
See the video. It is closer to Logan's Run than any thing. And George Clooney's character lives under ground in a THXish like world where he has this very mundane and simple task that he spends all of his time doing. All of the people under the surface have this function. They all tell stories about escaping to another land on the surface. Maybe tommorrow. We are here for a reason we have just forgotten what it is? And he tries to discover what it is that is going on. Because on thing about below the surface. There are no children any where at all. And that is because on the surface. Every child never ages past the age of eight. Or it seems that way. Because to make it possible for that to ever occur at all. Men and women like George Clooney have made it possible.
The ENTIRE SURFACE of the EARTH IS LIKE DISNEYLAND EVERYWHERE! And when Logan, Clooney finds this out he has only forgotten. That after spending your entire life as an eigt year old in a never ending world that is just DISNEYLAND! Every where. You suddenly age. And you have to go below. And monitor and work some simple seemingly insignificant task. Until you die. But you do it. No questions or complaints. Knowing that when you die. While you were alive. No matter when you lived. That you did every thing that was required when you had the chance to see that the entire world surface was DISNEYLAND! Only because you and other's realized that in order for their to be a world where no one ages past the age of eight. IT HAD TO BE BUILT and IT HAD TO FUNCTION SO NO CHILD IS EVERY HURT! And just is an eight year old with an entire planet of DISNEYLAND in every direction. And that is why Clooney goes back under ground to his seemingly meaning less existence. To do his job as all of them do. Because that is the only way that it would ever be something possible or something where you would possibly get the chance to come back and live in that world where you never age past the age of eight. BECAUSE WHILE YOU WERE THERE YOU DID EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE! To see that that world could even be something that was REAL! And only when you do that. Do you get the chance POSSIBLY. To be born again into that world a child that will never age past the age of eight with Disneyland stretching across the entire planet. And that is what will happen. All of the men and women under the surface. LIVE JUST TO FULLFILL THAT DREAM! And live in
TOMORROWLAND!

THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND! That it may go the wrong way. BECAUSE THAT IS THE TRUTH! And every one may go to prison. FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS! SO don't get to excited for these classless assholes. THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL FIND OUT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT TOMORROWLAND! IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF WHAT BRET MCDONNELL DID ON VIDEO AND IS A COMEDY ROUTINE OF HIS! THAT MOVES PEOPLE! MAKE SURE ANY PERSON AT THAT COMPANY READS THIS AND PROCESS IT QUICKLY INCLUDING THE SCRIPT WRITER! BECAUSE YOU WILL ONLY FIND OUT I AM RIGHT!
