Walt was a great man, but even I don't know if I'd say he was the best that ever was...
I actually would find it hard to come up with someone that was the greatest. There are a good deal to choose from and each could lay claim to helping humanity in some way. I'd say that Walt is one of the top 100 people of the 20th century. And also an example of one of the top 100 Americans. He was a great example of what an American can achieve with the right drive and determination.
I would like to see remembrance of Walt Disney move away from The Man to The Team. Walt Disney was a visionary, but he didn't do it all alone. His greatest strength, in my opinion, was assembling a team of talented artists to carry out his vision.
There will be more Blue Sky Alerts (Buzz), just not now...
I'm not going to make something up just to report things for you guys. There just isn't as as much to report right now. Disney has pretty much mentioned what they're doing for the most part for the next couple of years. There are things happening, but nothing I can really talk about right now. Plus the economy has put the breaks to somethings and moved somethings over into the slow lane. But as the economy picks up, so will Blue Sky Buzz(es).
I asked a while back if you would post things a little earlier than you had been (you mention you often know of things but say anything). It'd be great for blue sky to be the 1st place announcing something unheard of instead of other Disney sites.
I hope that future Blue Sky Alerts/Buzzes will include news about WDW adding more Xmas events (Haunted Mansion Holiday, It's a Small World Holiday, etc.) so they can follow suit with DL and the overseas parks as well as news of reinstating previously cut WDW Xmas events (the Country Bear Xmas Show, Mickey's Tree-Lighting Treat, Lights of Winter, etc.).

Believe and make it so...
Honor Hunter, you need to post more Blue-Sky Alerts. They are sorely missed. :(
Aw, why bother? My request is probably going to fall on deaf ears again anyway. :'(
Walt, how the world misses you...

My family are so glad you were born! You were a talented visionary. I just imagine a world without Mickey Mouse?!? **GASP!**
Assembling and leveraging talents is what a producer does and he is the greatest producer of all time. Changed the world.
