It appears to be a "fake" teaser one, not an official on and certainly not the films final poster that should be coming to theaters in a month or so.

This one's a fake. Sorry to rain on the parade.
The poster with the giant skull like thing in the background is awesome, but this one is pretty lame. Still, less than 3 months to go till Midnight, May 21st.
If it's a fake, I'm glad. It would be solid as an Indy-only poster, but Shia "The Beef" is lamer than usual in this one. He's an all right actor, but he looks exceedingly "non-heroic" (to be polite) in this one. Still, can't wait to see it. Even with Shia.
Yeah, several other websites posted and then labeled this as a fake. Slashfilm for instance.
