Paradise Peer...
Today is the day we start noticing the Paradise Pier become smaller...
and smaller...
and smaller...
As it drains so that the construction crews can install the massive collection of water jets(1200-1700) for the "World of Color" show.
Lots of work to be done, a shrinking amount of time to do it in.
Let it begin...

Ah! thanks for the heads up Honor. Your beyond awesome...Your B-awesome!
Finally they are starting work on the lagoon.
I'm really looking forward to World of Color.
Hello I'm new, Im looking forward to what will be coming in future years. Progress looks like its coming along on schedule.
The preview center shows we have some exciting things to look forward to; the World of Color show looks like it will be Wonderful. The architecture in the entryway reminds me of the buildings they show in the awesome KCET TV 28 show "Things That Aren't There Anymore" with Ralph Story. Way to go Disney.
Yes
Now it was my understanding that the World of Color as well as Toy Story Midway Mania are not part of the $1.2 Billion budget. Is that correct and if so is there anything else that was already budgeted before the makeover?
When is the World of Color slated to open? I'm hoping (but seriously doubting) it will open for my vacation during winter break.
