Somethings are irreplaceable...
Or so one thinks, but it's really not so. Look at the Great Pyramids of Egypt and you see what thousands of years of erosion and neglect will do. Imagine the wonders the world has lost to the sand grains of time, swept under the rug of history... never to be seen again.
Such is the case today.
Time marches on...

i hav enever seen The Mickey Mouse Review - but from a description I read I agree it is a loss. However, all it can do is stir up the old arguments of historic vs museum we have seen elsewhere. Thanks for the great info!
I have to say I found the MMR a bit weird when I saw it for the first time at TDL in 2007. I'm sure it got it's history and all, but to me it seems a bit outdated. On the other hand, Mickey´s Philharmagic is one of my favorite attractions - impressive and beautiful. I think they made a good choice.
I think the real story is that TDR has announced two new attractions in as many weeks. AND BOTH ARE CLONES!
Are the days of OLC's greatness now behind us?
Watching the youtube video I was amazed by the fluidity of the scenes. I wish they would quit destroying AA attractions for film ones. Even though I love Philharmagic, great 3 dimensional attractions using AAs are a vanishing.
