The End Is Nigh...

One month from today "High School Musical 3" goes out into theaters...

It's the last one to star Zach and the gang so it's the end I guess, but it's not the end of the HSM franchise. Disney is already planning a part fourth... and fifth... and so on. As long as tweens keep going into theaters and filling in the seats there will always be another class to graduate.

Lucky you, lucky me...

The movies will just not be the same without the originals. Here's hoping they stop this time around. My daughter really likes these movies, although I think at 9 she is too young for this last one.

As long as they don't make a ride in the parks, I'll be alright with it.

its the dumbest thing to continye this franchise into more movies. i was sick after the extremes of the 1st....and now with different characters its gonna sound the same. oh r they gonna change it to now the girl is a volleyball star and the boy is a science geek.

at the end of hsm 1 i was like ok, watever another cute movie. at the end of hsm 2 i felt as if it was pointless. at this one im hoping to feel more, but its just never been there.

We're all looking forward to HSM3, the "Grease" of our kids generation and the "Beach Blanket Bingo" movies of an earlier generation (which they milked for tons of sequels...it's what we do when something works in this business). Kudos to all involved, (I've seen/peeked at some of the musical numbers being screened in the Old Animation Building screening rooms, and it looks great. Cheers, Bob

Oh, god. It's like a dark shady street corner where people get money. No one asks about it and they don't mention it. They just get the money...

And no it is not "Grease". That was laden with subtle, and not so subtle innuendo. Oh yes, and the cast had actual singing talent. They didn't have the convenience of magic voice changing machines.

The first High School Musical was actually decent, but they're really overdoing it. It just gets worse with every new installment. Disney always overdoes things...they need to put HSM to rest. Nobody cares about it or likes it that much anymore...

ok Grease was good. people still like it. HSM has always been a piece of ****. they shouldev never branched off of this franchise. if there was ever more than a parade, i think i would protest
