After ten years, this is the last day that the "Pocahontas and Her Forest Friends" live-show will be playing at "Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

One door closes, another opens...

Any hint of what may be coming in it's place, Honor? Please? Pretty please? Just a morsel even! Something?!

Let's wait for the dust to settle...

Not everything is set in stone.

I never saw this. I had a singularly negative experience at the Animal Kingdom, and I'm not sure I'm going to hit it again when I go in March--there's plenty at the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and Epcot to keep me busy.

And I'm really not that sorry I missed this. I am sorry I never got to see the Back to the Future Ride at Universal Studios, but then my one visit to Universal was so bad (back in 1991) that I haven't been back since.

A decade of Lasseters influence, and I may be excited about getting back to The Animal Kingdom. But not quite yet.

^^ It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience at AK. For me it's exactly the opposite...for me it's the only park in Orlando which - aside from the Dinorama area - has not compromised on quality theming and immersion. And things should rise up quite a notch if they finally build something equivalent to Beastlie Kingdomme. Here's hoping... - Tasman.

Where else, in all of WDW, will we ever see Pocahontas again? I just hope the story isn't being abandoned entirely.

^^ You can hear her singing on the train around the Magic Kingdom =)

Does anyone else find it odd that he finds this worth noting rather than the end of Pleasure Island?

My son was the second to last kid to "start" the show. Wheeeee!

That was my first time seeing the show, and I don't really feel the need to see it again. But I guess I couldn't even if I wanted to!
