Just had a source confirm for me that Bloody Disgusting article about a Tower of Terror film was all bunk...
It's not happening.
No film is in development at this time. So it looks like they got it wrong. That's fine... it would make a great story if done right, but at this time the Mouse has no plans of doing it at all...

darn i was looking forward to that. oh well. i was hoping that it be a kick a** horror film with killer special effects but i guess it wasnt meant to be yet...

Yeah, and if you'd taken the time to see the original post he was referring to you would know he knew that.
We're talking about a theatrical film, not a tv movie. Not a bad, corny tv movie.
Darn. There goes another chance for Eddie Murphy to mount a comeback. If not him, Disney would have placed another lame has-been actor.
The only way I'd trust this project is if Bruckheimer was behind it. At least he knows how to adapt Disney's attractions properly.
