Bess Pawty Eva...

Well tonight is Miley Cyrus' "Sweet 16 Birthay" at Disneyland, even though it's actually next month when she turns it...

So five thousand people(along with a thousand of Miley's own invited "friends") willing to fork over $250 bucks get to spend quality time with her and the Jonas Brothers and a few other surprises.

Woo hoo! Yayyy! Now excuse me, I've got to go take my Medimusal...

I was there. Miley's "Friends" were a bunch of rich, snooty premadonnas. They were allowed into the park earlier than the rest through a back entrance near Splash Mountain. But they wined and pooh poohed about having to walk all that way so Disney, being Disney, had them "escorted" in. Too rich and too damn lazy to walk. Let's not mention some of the people that were caught drinking.

Happy B' day Miles...we had a great night! For the record we waited in lines, sans escorts. Could have used the escorts on the freeway though!

I was there amongst the common folk and was herded out of the park by Disney BEFORE it was to close. Kinda sad and messy with how they kicked people out yesterday before 5p...

Miley's 'friends' were being escorted around by publicists and Disney Hosts, if they didn't get a chance to personally greet you, don't take it personally. Miley and the rest of the invited celebrities had vigorous media schedules and Disney always does their best to keep as many parties happy as possible.

The invited celebrities were admitted through the back of the park, through Toontown, not Splash Mountain Gate. There was a private party there for them, where appetizers and sodas were available as they were organized and prepped for the Stars in Cars Cavalcade and the Purple Carpet, the only place where guests really got to see them. They were directed there by Press and Publicity, following the plan the entire evening. There's no need to make bizarre accusations.

I worked the event and I feel it went off without a hitch. No one in my group was drinking, and I had clear view of at least 40 Disney Channel celebrities. There was no alcohol served, obviously.

Additionally, the Jonas Brothers were not in attendance.

That's "Metamucil."

And I thought you had to be at least 18 to look like a cheap hooker.

Given the things that Billy Ray Cyrus has said recently, I really hope that he gets involved with his daughter's life and stops her from making poor decisions.

Honor, I know your feelings on most Disney Channel "stars" but remember, some of them are not necessarily bad people. In Miley's case for instance, she is just misguided and seems to be hanging out with the wrong people.

Hopefully Bill Ray will get involved with her life before something really bad happens.

(Sorry for posting this in two places, but I feel that these things need to be said, since most comments about this topic will most likely be filled with cynicism and hatred.)
