What Do You Get The Girl That Has Everything...

Eight years ago today, the Walt Disney Company and the Oriental Land Company opened the most expensive and most beautiful theme park they have ever designed and built...

Tokyo DisneySEA swung open its gates on September 4th, 2001 and showed the world what Imagineers could do when given the freedom and opportunity to dream without Suit interference. This is what we know the name Disney is capable of. Happy Birthday, TDS. May you continue to grow more lovely and stunning with each passing year. And may the rest of the Disney Theme Parks catch up with you. You are a jewel and thorn in the side of the Disney Brand, and when Suits say something isn't possible, we point to you as a rebuttal.

No excuse can explain away what was built and could be built again...

None right now...

But it's only been eight years. And remember, it's not a park that has needed fixing.

That's what DCA, WDS and HKDL are for...

Honor, do you have any idea what plans there are for the TDL resort beyond Toy Story and Philharmagic? Is Soarin' Over the Med/World still on the table for the next 4-5 years?

You'll just have to wait for a Blue Sky Buzz on that one, Dan...

Yeah, we haven't gotten a good Blue Sky Buzz on any resort lately Honor. Oh well, I guess as long as they're worth it when they come, I can wait. Keep up the good work.

That's because there's nothing I can really tell...

Once there is, there'll be an update. Times are tough and sources don't talk as freely now, as jobs are more on the line.

Sorry but that's the case right now...

Honor, what about those supposed blueprints of the WDW Fantasyland refurb that showed up online and that the gang at Miceage.com is all abuzz about? Are they legit? If so, that sucks, because the blueprints look like there's only gonna be one ride and everything else is lameass meet and greets.

I heard that Disneysea is going to be built in WDW!! Its going to be bigger with 10 extra rides!! You heard it here first!!

Fantasyland is happening too!! But there are another 3 e-tickets in planning for it too!! They have been kept secret for the expo!! D23 Expo going to be great!! Believe me!!
