New Princess, New Trailer...

There's another, more expansive and just plain longer trailer for "The Princess and the Frog" animated film...

Wow, this looks so 80's/90's in a really good way. I can't wait to see this.

In the whole scheme of things, holidays are only mere moments away...

Yeah it looks nice.

Shame it's still 6 months away. By which time I may have lost all the interest I have in this film.
It happened with Bolt. By the time it came out in the UK, all the buzz had left the project. Didn;t see it in the end. Considering I was so pumped for it this time last year.

I just booked a flight to NYC to see it when it opens there (here it opens somewhere in february and I guess only in Dutch...), so I'm not gonna watch the trailer, want to be surprised :)
Can't wait to finally see it!!!

I think the trailer reveals a bit too much. And...while I hope it succeeds, really, the animation, while smooth and accomplished, is very, very generic. Is it true that Disney outsourced the actual animation to CANADA???

Plus the frog designs look blah.

Again, I hope it succeeds, but...I'm just not feeling the excitement for this that I feel for Astroboy or the next Pirates film...but that's just me.

No, all animation and in-between work was done in-house at WDAS. The only work that was outsourced was cleanup and ink & paint.

Ugh. Randy Newman and fart jokes. How does this look 80s/90s at all? It looks like Shrek.

I think i missed the fart. Not awe inspiring i admit. Mind you its not a constant stream of fart jokes so..

what i'm saying is whats your point?
