A Tangled World...

Let down your inhibitions...

Walt Disney Animation Studios next feature is just around the corner...

So, we're going to start hearing more and more about it. The Mouse has released a video in which they describe the look of the world of Rapunz-, uhm, I mean "Tangled." And it's a beautiful place I can't wait to see come November.

Take a look...

UPDATE: If you'd like to read more coverage of the "Tangled" panel then check out Collider's article on it, with more to come.

Seems pretty magical, hopefully this is the step into the right direction, but i have a feeling a boy wizard will still their thunder in November.

It's lush, it's beautiful. It may even have a good story.
But Harry Potter will kill it. Doesn't have a chance.

Same bold decision as putting up PatF against Avatar, Bolt against Twilight.

Cannonfodder. These films deserve better.

They really could do with swapping dates with Warner. Harry Potter would make money on any day of the year, Tangled gets screwed if its released anywhere up to a month afterwards.

Perhaps Disney is betting that Tangled will go more towards younger kids while the new HP film will be too dark for them?

But yeah... Tangled is DOOMED.

It will be if you don't go see it.

So go see it and don't have that attitude.

But I don't want to see it. I would go see a straight-up Disney fairytale movie. I don't want to go see another "hip" CGI comedy.

Sigh. I take it you didn't read the entire article? It's not another DreamWorks mimicking film. The trailer is giving you that perception because they're trying to appeal to boys. Which, IF you read the article, Honor said was serious mistake because it's NOT that kind of movie.
