Clone Wars: Take Two, Too...

Again, it comes...

Those of you, like me, who slowly grew to like the first season of the Star Wars "Clone Wars" series on Cartoon Network will remember the first trailer for the second season was pretty good. Well, now they've released a second trailer for the second season that shows even more of the bounty hunter angle they're going for this time out. As an added bonus, IGN has posted a couple clips from this season that you can see here and here. Have a look and form your own opinion; it's only days before the animated series begins.

And years before the live-action series comes to the small screen...

Hey Honor, if you're going to change the Bluesky banner font you better change the name to Blueskywalker.

Perhaps I should finally sign up so I'm not associated with other anons...

I really liked the Clone Wars show, it really grew on me. It has a lot of classic Star Wars substance to it that the prequels lack. Sure, it has its share of silly moments... but, it seems to be a perfect mixture of the goofyness of the prequels and the classic bits of the originals. For instance in the one eppy when the clone troopers use Jar Jars antics as a weapon to fight against the droids. Great classic take on a situation with a prequel-like twist.

This second season should be fantastic.

At least in 1983 things didn't suck like they do in 2009.

I don't automatically hate Clone Wars because they're different from the Original Star Wars.

I hate Clone Wars because it *sucks* in its own right, not to mention by comparison.

Is there a single damn character in CW that's the equal to Han Solo? Luke Skywalker? Chewbacca? No! All CW has is fancier hardware and a bland "hero" whose best days (as a villain) are yet to come.

George Lucas just sucks now. I'm glad CW bombed at the box office.

And, to render myself a little less anonymous, I'm a chick.

"I'm glad CW bombed at the box office."

Since when is a 65.6 million box office at a budget of 8.5 million a bomb?

You don't like the film, fine. But don't create false realities in your mind and state them as fact.

I thought the film was meh, but it did its job to introduce kids to the series (made money and connections), and the series is way better than the movie (as Honor has said).

Scratch that 65.6 mil figure, it's actually 68.3 mil.

No news today? Honor Hunter must be at the beach or driving his BMW. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Keep up the fantasy pal.

Honor Hunter is missing in action like Braddock.
