Giving Frogs Direction...

El Guapo over at Latino Review has an interview with the directors of Walt Disney Animation Studios latest film...

Really nice interview and if you love animation, particularly Disney Animation then this interview is a must read. Not only for what it tells you about "The Princess and the Frog," but future Disney films. You can see how Lasseter has guided the animators and how his influence has turned the direction of the studio toward a more positive destination.

With all the things happening in the world, it's nice to see Disney Animation going somewhere for the better...

Thanks for the link to this most interesting interview with Ron n John. Once you get past the typos, and poor transcription (Sintick=Cintiq Whack'em=Wacom) they have a lot to say about the restart of hand drawn animation at Disney, and the process and history of this production.

You seem to bury alot of your posts recently by posting too many at once and then go a long time without updates. Why not a more regular release. There were some interesting topics a while ago which got very few comments while the trolls picked apart on the least interesting topics. Why?

I post what I can, when I can...

And I rarely go for more than a day without posting something.

Rarely...
