Hasta el infinito y más allá...
Finally, the official teaser trailer for "Toy Story 3" has been released...
You no longer have to look at broken links and bad copies, but instead can bask upon the glory of Pixar in wondrously clear QuickTime. Ain't I got the vernacular for purty words?
Next summer, no toy gets left behind...

I don't get the Spanish.
He was probably manufactured in Spain.
It's Spanish for "To infinity and beyond" people.
If you've seen the trailer you know what happens to Buzz.
Clever, Honor.
Not sure how I feel about Buzz 'turning' Spanish. It does seem very out of left-field. What does Buzz have a reset button for? Why Spanish? How long is he like this? Lots of questions.
The long-long time rumor was that Buzz was going to malfunction and be recalled back to Japan. That was always rubbished by fans who followed the purchase and integration of Pixar.
Well that was kinda half right in a way. :S
Wonder what language will be used in Spanish language dubs? Particularly as the character is made so stereotypically Spanish?
I saw the trailer this weekend when I went to the Toy Story double feature with my daughter. While I share some of the ambivolence about the whole "Buzz goes Spanish" thing, I will admitt that the kids in the theater ate it up.
I will be very interested to see where that story line takes us.
Everything is made to be bilingual (at least) today. It's the nature of current immigration. It's hilarious that Pixar has grafted the concept to the Toy Story story. Would that more embrace the languages around us.
