Staff Of Kings Cover Comes Out...


Well, the cover for Lucasarts' "Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings" has been released...

Now I only have one question. Wii? Wii!? WII!!? What the heck were you thinking Lucas!? Where's my PS3 version?

Let me preface this by saying that I have both a 360 and a Wii, but my 360 is my main system and my Wii is my dust gatherer.

When I first read that this would be a Wii-only game, I was disappointed because I wanted a great graphics Indy game (akin to Force Unleashed) for my 360. And then I thought about it... if they could nail down the controls of the Wii, it would be mighty brilliant. Seeing that this is an EXCLUSIVE title, it would appear that this is being tailor made for the Wii.

Find a system, buy it. Well, find out what the reviews are saying first before you invest in a Wii.

Uh...it is coming out for other systems, but the Wii version is first. There will even be one for the PSP. The thing about the Wii version though, is that it will be the only one to have "Fate of Atlatis" as an unlockable bonus.

Fate of Atlantis was a good game for its time but that was so early 90's. Lucasarts should update the game for next-gen graphics capabilities. In fact, there are a lot of old console games that I would love to see updated to today's technological standards.

Considering that the Wii is the highest seeling system in the world and the PS3 is... well... NOT I can see the rationale. Be patient. The pretty but less fun version will come out soon enough.

Awesome! I'm glad they've got sense to make it for the Wii. I just like my game play more than superb graphics.

Methinks Honor might have gone the Blu-Ray route via the PS3 . . .

We actually purchased both Wii and 360 versions of the Force Unleashed for my household. The lightsaber integration to the Wii-mote was cool, but the 360 graphics were much, much prettier.

I imagine the same dynamic may hold true for the Indy game.

This looks like one of the best Indiana Jones games and storylines ever created. Everyhting about this looks more and more fantastic. Stop complaining about the PS3 version Honor, it will come out, they always do.
