A Very Keane Interview...

The Line Boil blog has posted a really great interview with animator, executive producer and would-have-been director of "Rapunzel" Glen Keane up for all to see...

One of his responses is directly along the lines of my post the other day:

"I want to explore new directions that hand-drawn animation can be moving in; directions that the computer has now made possible."

Give it a read, the man is an amazingly, talented genius...

I hope that Glen still has a lot of say and influence on Rapunzel.

Looks like Glen has been shooting up on steroids.

You must have never met the man. He's quite large. Like a football player...

Don't let the photos or his quiet persona fool you. Glen's big!

Would HAVE been! Sorry to be negative about nit-picky things, but you're a writer for goodness sake. It's hard to get past all of the distracting major grammatical and spelling mistakes that flood these entries, just to get to the real content. I know it's just a blog... But, you're a writer...?

Gramma,

It's a blog where I write as I would talk, not like what I would be doing if I was planning out the great American novel...

It's slang. I use it. Just like we're not supposed to say "ain't" because it's grammatically incorrect, but we do so anyway.

Thanks for caring enough to comment about it though...
